Cheryl says, "Like most entrepreneurs, I've tried my hand at a few things. But there have been common threads. Quality of information and its presentation are paramount. And while the information is often of a technical or scientific nature, I enjoy learning and writing about new subjects."
Community
Active in her community, Cheryl volunteers at Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Centre, is treasurer at AgVantage Toastmasters, and is a member of several local organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce and CFUW.
Currently, we're in fundraising mode for The Weekend to End Women’s Cancers, in support of the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. Joining other supporters on September 10-11, 2011, Cheryl will walk 60 km through the streets of Toronto, raising funds to support the critical work of Princess Margaret Hospital and their efforts to end breast and gynecologic cancers, diseases that one in seven Canadian women will be diagnosed with in their lifetime. In support of this effort, from now until August 31st 2011, 25% of all contracts (before taxes) will go directly to this charity. And YOU will receive the tax benefit.
Please support any way you can!
